110 Coffey Street

A collection of boutique residences at 110 Coffey Street in Red Hook, Brooklyn. Our visuals highlight both the interiors and the building’s relationship to one of Brooklyn’s most distinctive neighbourhoods.

The scheme forms a six-storey development of around 22 residential units above ground-floor commercial space, expressed through a refined industrial material palette and generous glazing that reflects the character of Red Hook’s historic context. Upper-level residences and the rooftop capture expansive views across the bay toward Manhattan, the Statue of Liberty, and the wider New York skylines. The imagery presents a refined take on modern Brooklyn living, shaped by light, materiality, and its proximity to the waterfront.
